Partly true. With the "threat" of mail-in ballots looming one of his 
sycophants de-funded the USPS. Netflix which previously arrived over 
night then took 2-3 days. Now with the rush are more than a week out. 
This from a distance we can see on a clear day. I have two packages in 
limbo that have been in transit for more than two weeks.
