Perfectly.

They were working through the checklists right up to the final
seconds. While he was the one with his hand on the stick and picking
the landing spot, the ballet in the cockpit was per standardized
training and plan. Any one of ten thousand cockpit crews would have
done almost exactly the same thing. The only thing truly unique was
the decision making of where to land and how to land without killing
everybody in the impact.

The choice of landing spots and how to keep the aircraft from
cartwheeling was all on Sully. But that's generally outside the scope
of CRM other than crew agreement. The co-pilot had his hands full with
the emergency checklist and probably could only muster a 1/2 second
glance out the windscreen to confirm that Winchester was too far away.

Sully got really lucky. Just a couple inches difference in how the
engines caught the water and the outcome would have been catastrophic.
