Some time in the last 2-3 years, a refurb Pen I'd bought from Cameta developed a fault. Whenever the battery was
removed, even for a moment, it lost date/time and settings. I sent it to Cameta, they sent it to Oly service, and it
came home repaired in about a week (?) - quicker than I had expected, anyway.
I don't know what was involved in repair, but I had no complaints.
