Oh my. As I have said before, the first lens I got for my first camera, a
Pentax Spotmatic, after the 50, was a 135. I later moved on to Nikon and
more lenses, and formed a better relationship with the Nikkor 105, and went
at least 20 years without a 135. When I moved to Oly, the first two lenses I
got were a 50/3.5 and the 100/2.8, essentially the same first two lenses I
had for the Nikon. Later, as my abilitites grew, I began to setp outside my
box, and got the 135/2,8, ont of the last lenses I got for the OM before
going digital. I used it a lot for at least 5 years, if not ten. I used it
for many things, but I found it especially nice in landscapes. Still have
it, plan on trying it with the EM5ii with adapter soon. If it had a gun to
my h ead and was ordered to pare the OM outfit to one body and 4 or 5
lenses, I would pick, essentially in this order, the 28/2, 21/2, 85/2,
135/2.8 and the 28-48 and the OM2Sp. Ok, I'm weird.

I think I mentioned before that I chanced upon a cheap but pristine
135/2.8 in the local dealers, the release lever spring had popped out
which took 5mins to fix and I was happy but had not really used it
on the 1st of Jan my youngest took part in the local sports club show,
being swiss it was very well organised and professionally executed and I
though what a great chance to test the OM 135mm
