I believe we have just one list member from the country cited in 21 Dec
2013 - 3 Jan 2014 edition of The Economist as its choice of country of the
year for 2013. Who might he be?
A hint ........ ".....the man at the top, President ......... is admirably
self-effacing. With unusual frankness for a politician, he referred to the
new law [legalising and regulating the production, sale and consumption of
cannabis] as an experiment. He lives in a humble cottage, drives himself to
work in a Volkswagen Beetle and flies economy class. Modest yet bold,
liberal and fun loving, ..........is our country of the year......"
