Is it about DOF, using OM lenses as intended, ??

I was committed to FF at first, for IQ from the bigger sensor, use with OM
lenses, etc. I seriously enjoyed the 5D. I
still suspect nothing has quite matched its exceptional pixel level
definition/clarity/3D qualities at higher pixel counts.

OTOH, the 7D/60D/600D, Nikon, Sony and other APS sensors are awfully darn good.
Live view with articulated LCD and
excellent video tip the balance for me. As to FOV, the Canon 10-22 is a really
good lens, better than what I was using
for the same FOV range on the 5D, while the crop factor does wonders for tele.
