I've used the Colorbyte Imageprint RIP software for my Epson 2200 for years
because it was the only way to produce truly neutral black and white prints
with a full tonal range from this printer without replacing the standard
Epson Ultrachrome inks with third party grey inks (which makes color
printing impossible).
Imageprint also does color printing with better blues and greens than the
Epson driver gives, and Colorbyte's website has free profiles for just about
every fine art paper made, with versions for both the matte black and photo
black ink and for both black and white and color printing.
What I have to sell is version 6 for the epson 2200. I have the original
disk, box, and the USB dongle that this software requires. I'm selling it
because my 2200 died and I replaced it with a newer printer. I can't upgrade
this to the new printer model, I've had it too long, so I can't use it
anymore. Imageprint DRAMATICALLY improved my prints, if you have an epson
2200, you need it.
Is $500 new, I'm asking $150. Free shipping in USA. I'll ship to Canada and
Europe, but I'd have to check on shipping cost. The package is tiny, I know
it would cost only $5 or so in the USA.
