I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one. Perhaps this is reasonable proof
that it wasn't a fluke. The fact is that the E-510/520 - for its price at
least - is extremely well built and the construction quality including fit
and finish is high enough to provide some adequate degree of protection
against the elements although that doesn't qualify it for the level of
weatherproofing that the E-1 and E-3 are capable of. Still for its price, I
certainly can't complain. The same can also be said of the E-30, which as
I'd mentioned earlier in this thread, had also gone through its first rain
experience and I'm sure there will be more in the future with the kind of
unpredictable weather we're having over here.
