Chris,
 I suppose everyone's milage will vary, but that wasn't my experience with
KEH when I sold some gear to them a few years ago. They agreed with most of
the Grades I gave to my gear, they down-graded one item but upgraded three
of my items. Did they give me as much as I could have gotten on Eb*y?
Probably not, but it was a lot less hassle.
