Best I can tell with a look around, many silicones should be compatible.? No
first hand except with a glass aquarium many moons ago.

Epoxy putty?

I have never worked with plexi but someone told me that each manufacturer
has his own plexi formula and thus his own special glue. That guy also told
me that silicone will not adhere well enough to plexi - I was thinking about
making myself a plexi aquarium instead of glass. But for your purpose it
may well work using silicone, as you just need to fill that crack.
