Halls Harbour on the Nova Scotia side of the Bay of Fundy is one of the most
photographed working harbour scenes in the province. The difference between
high and low tides frequently reaches close to 50 feet.
Seen here are the Hopewell Rocks in New Brunswick close to the end of one of
the fingers of the Bay of Fundy:

The tidal water is a constant brown sludge colour given the speed of
movement of water in the Bay. Apologies for the dull light. Mr Sunlight was
in hiding!
