My local Hunt's, in South Portland, Maine, says they're scheduled
into their warehouse on the 9th. I went ahead and ordered one--body
only--even though it's not exactly what I'm looking for, as in it
lacks the kind of seals I need. That said, I think the 510 will go a
_long_ way toward telling me whether I'm going to stay with Olympus
or jump ship. I know, I know, I've been talking about jumping ship
for a while now, and some might say it's time to s*it or get off the
pot, but I does like to procrastinate, and besides, all the big boys
& girls are expected to haul out their newest artillery this fall, so
I might as well hang out to either 1) buy the latest artillery, or 2)
get the trailing edge stuff at a better price.
Never mind that everything I've seen about the 510 so far makes it
sound like a very sweet camera, and I will enjoy messing around with
it during the summer and fall shooting season.
