I've drunk brandy at that level - high nineties 'real' percentage.
Serious stuff - tried cutting it with cheap sherry to make it
drinkable. Also lab grade ethanol with orange juice. I don't know
just how drunk skunks get but 'falling down, I can't feel my face'
covers it.
