Don't mix things... Vichy was not a Nazi state, just the rule of the
most traditionalist and reactionary part of the french right wing...
Nazi germany was efficient (sadly), Vichy was not... and Vichy was a
made by a bunch of losers, that used defeat to formalise their hate of
progress and social justice...
So the image of Vichy on the Potomac... is quite a nice metaphor...
(Phil didn't say Nurnberg on the Potomac...)

LOVE IT! It is said that every Internet argument always descends to  
someone calling someone else a Nazi. But I have never seen it done  
with such subtlety before!
