[OM] Vuescan update da jour

Vuescan has a new update today.  Version 8.4.06.

I tested it out and it is handling negatives far better than before
on my Nikon.  Definitely worth updating your copy with.

Things I've seen work better over the last several versions:
- Batch processing.  It's auto-aligning much better.
- Color. Ucky skintones are now a thing of the past.
- DNG output.
- Grain reduction

Things still not up to snuff
- Noise removal.  I could swear that it's gotten worse.

Anyway, just passing on info.
