IF you're doing digital editing, you might try this trick.

- Select the lights using whatever method is appropriate.

- Use a tool that will let you alter colors individually to reduce
cyan as much as needed.

I first used this for pix of a wedding reception that took place in a
hall lit only by fluorescent bulbs.  They intruded into some images
and I was able to render them neutral white instead of offensive
green.  BTW, the wedding took place on the weekend after/during the
major power outage in the Eastern part of the U.S.  Bit of a panic . .

Note that this technique also works with teeth that are a bit yellow,
but make sure you reduce yellow instead of cyan.  ;o)

If you're shooting film, have you tried filtering the camera for the
fluorescent bulbs, then using a filter on the flash to balance the
camera filter?
