Thanks Steve,

Another possible problem that's just crossed my mind (2 thoughts in 1 
day) is that we are planning to emigrate to France from the UK early 
next year, so will/would need to take site with me. I also doubt the 
availability of broadband where we are going on the basis that we don't 
have mains drainage yet. I'll take a look at some of your suggestions.
