I believe there is one government operation which has risen
above the occasion and have shown every bumbling idiot how to
get things done.
The US Coast Guard. These men and women did more in the first
48 hours than any and every other government entity combined.
My hats are off to these people for pulling off about the only
success story of the entire crisis to date.
Honestly now, when was the last time you saw the Coast Guard
being the primary rescue force in an URBAN area?
