How does he use the full movements (tilt, swing, shift) of the EOS?

As Briot largely or only shoots colour, (and I do like his work very 
much) it leaves out the b&w issues.  Oh, and my 4x5 field w/ 3 lenses 
costs a lot less than a Canon rig.
