Bush is basing his environmental decisions on part of the Bible.  Really. 
He thinks the world is going to end soon, so he wants to rape and pillage 
the earth, and use up the natural resources as soon as possible.  'Mountain 
Top Mining' is just one technique, and has a devastating effect on the 
environment.  THAT'S pretty BIG news, ever see it covered on your news 
station?  Probably not.
