The simplest is to download "Limewire" for free at www.limewire.com, type in
"Adobe Photoshop" in the 'Programs' section, and download the full Photoshop
pro newest version for free with serial number. Stay with the 4 star top
limewire search results. Limewire verifies the file contents, but if you like
to worry about a virus to avoid saving hundreds of dollars, just run the
downloaded Photoshop file
through your virus scanner to be sure.
Then have fun experimenting & learning by doing.
