Lots of people use multiple programs because some of the tools are 
unique. If it were me I would upgrade to Elements 3, a really powerful 
and easy to use program. You pay a lot more for PS CS for some added 
functionality, but Elements 3 will probably take care of all your needs 
for years to come. But there is something to be said for using what you 
have.
