I used to work in a commercial photographer's lab. He made his own drier out
of wood and formica. A tall box with rings to hold the film clip holders.
Underneath , at the very bottom, very far from the negatives, he had a
single electric stove with temperature dial and thermostat I think it is
used for heating chemicals. He had his "own" "heat time". If I am not
mistaken it was 40 minutes on medium heat but do not hold me responsible :-O
