I don't think so - there is no silver lip around the aperture ring - and the
front "silver" might just be a reflection off the front element retaining
ring.

...now I wonder what pins the shift lenses have on the mount (being manual
aperure lenses)!

this looks like a silvernosed 35 mm shift ... 2970026657 on oboy uk.

the first I see for sale, I have seen it in the early lens posters as a
prototype however.
