You need to use a spanner to get the front ring (the one with "Zuiko 
Auto-Fisheye" written on it) off.  You could also use a hollowed-out 
rubber stopper that clears the protruding element too.  This ring is 
the only thing holding the front element in, so once it's off, the 
element should come out.
