If the seller works in Sydney (the CBD) there are money exchange outlets all
over the place that can easily change cash US$ to OZ$. A lot cheaper than
Paypal.
I don't know about a US IMO here. I know the IMO's we send to the US are
already in US$ so it costs you nothing but I think here it would attract
fees to change to our $.
For small amounts sending cash is the cheapest and quite safe.
