Hi All.
I've recently been given the option between two lenses - one an SC and
the other a newer MC.
I'm a little bit confused on the practical differences between SC and MC
coats: from what I gather MC just has better light filtering and is less
prone to lens flare.
Is MC clearly better than SC, or is it just a personal preference? Can
the advantages of a SC lens be made up through the use of filters?
Note: these are 135/3.5 lenses.
