Perhaps Cosina could pull that off. A digital camera with a "universal"
mount and a small enough mount to sensor distance to allow adapters for
all the common 35mm film camera lenses (also stuff like bellows, tubes,
endoscopes, etc) to be used. I'd be happy to use a double cable release
(one to the camera the other to the adapter) to operate it.
