Here in north Texas, I'm now carrying an OM-2N/Winder 2 with an assortment
of second tier lenses (24/50/80-200/400 mm). I keep it in the console and
check it by feel when I leave work each day. So far, so good. I expect it
will be hot enough by the end of the month (May) that I'll feel obliged to
remove it. Probably won't be able to put it back in until October.
Haven't seen a single thing worth shooting since I started carrying it.

Many times I've seen references to a "car camera," one which could be left
in the car for that unexpected grab shot when you don't set out with your
camera bag with you. Now that I've collected all the OM bodies (except the
3Ti) with duplicates of some, and a good assortment of compact RFs, I've
thought about picking out an OM body and midrange zoom or an RF to leave in
the car.
