I forgot to mention one additional benefit of using 1/8 power of multiple flash 
units: With a Winder 2 in sequence mode, you can get at least 10 consecutive 
flashes at a rate of 2.5 per second.

When you use a single T32, even if you position it only 1 meter from the 
subject, it would have to use its entire charge to properly expose ISO 100 at 
f/32. Then it would require about 10 seconds of recycle time (assuming alkaline 
batteries).
