As I recall he had been accused of "improper" manipulation. I know he did
use some specialized filters. He supposedly aided in the development of some
of the Singh filters. /jim

I'm sure Galen R. claimed that he did no 'tricks' to his images.
It really is so hard to tell much from such small, downsampled and
compressed images.
