[OM] Winder and MD survery

Sheesh I'm late....

9 digests today, and didn't get through Sat.

1: Anyway, Have winder2 and winder1.
Winder2 is on the OM-1 semi-permanently (has oly grip strap attached, and

use the -1 for BG2 stuff)
Winder1 goes on the OM-4 sans batteries as a "handle"...it's "iffy" as
far as
it's intended purpose - I have to trigger it twice. Once to expose and
another
to wind the film. It had been dropped by a previous owner and the
chassis
is warped, making contact intermittant. It does add a welcome (for me)
bit
of heft to the jewel-like body of the OM....

2: How often? Not very,(I don't shoot my kids as much as I should, [or
beat them]>;)
but it's handy when it's needed) most of my shots are weeks or months
in the visualization...I see something I want to shoot, and wait until
it's right.
OTOH, sometimes I'm only gonna be "there" once, and have to make do.

3: Usage? I have a 4 yr old.

4: See first para.

Doubt if this helps Adi, but there ya go...

After the shock with the Winder 2, I wish to conduct a small survery of
Winder
and MD usage on the list. Perhaps it will give us many insights.

1. Who owns a Winder or MD?
2. How often is it used?
3. What is it used for?
4. Is it stuck on an OM body permanently?

Many thanks/
