I don't know how to say this but I don't think you got a good deal on

That's a lot of tax to pay on a 80x100 foot lot. You really should shop
around, I'm
sure you could find a lot somewhere that is just as nice and not have to
pay that
ungodly amount of tax. No wonder you have a Tokina 90mm instead of a
Zuiko. :>)
