OOOOOO yes, they're still out there! I was at a swapmeet in Melbourne today
(where were you Wayne?) and the local stereo society had a table.
Fascinating stuff, but you can't help but think that in photography, they
are the geek's geek. The only worse gear freaks are the panorama nuts. Nice
things they had like Russian Sputnik 120 stereo cameras and a modified
double Fed unit. The mad ones get into building their own and projecting
stereo slides with matched projectors. There was a guy making stereo units
out of matched XA's somewhere.
Now, breathe deeply and walk away. You've got enough problems.
