Considering that you mentioned that you'd be keeping the pack in the car for 
some possible shots to and from work, I'll suggest a somewhat larger kit than 
others have so far.

My choices would be:
OM-4ti for colour film, OM-1 for b&w
21mm f3.5 
35-70mm f3.5-4.5
50mm f3.5
135mm f3.5
300mm f4.5

When you go for your lunchtime walks, grab a body and the little 35-70 and 
you're all set.
