I sometimes have problems with my .6 coiled cord. Seems that one way it
shows the ready lite in the camera, and the other way it doesn't. Still
fires the flash though.

Now there's a teaser. I have a 5 meter cord that I've never used yet
except once to check that it worked. What's the problem with them? And
why just the 5 meter version? Voltage drop over the length of the wire
perhaps?
