A lot of people around here really believe in vitamin B12 as a mosquito
repellant. I've never bothered to test it. The little rascals only live
about a month here anyway since the first good freeze kills them. We have
those good freezes all year around. In fact, it was only 11F this morning.

The last I read was that skin temperature is the whole thing. Or
maybe it was Nova. If you are cool they leave you alone. If you are a
warm thing they eat you alive. That is why I always liked to hike
with my brother. He got all the action.
