Dear Ling.......
Collected my 35-105 zoom today.....

Strange... it looks much better...... the fungus spread is less.... now
there is only ONE  small blob of fungus.... I could have sworn it was much
worse, otherwise I wouldn't have sent it for cleaning....... I think they
must have cleaned it to the best of their ability, but could go no
further.....

....They were very nice ..... returned me FOC.....

Mine is S/No : 513022......
and it looks convexish...the rear element ......

Thanks for your generosity though..... appreciate it....

I guess I have to live with this lens and use it as often as possible to
stop the growth of fungus..... the strange thing about fungus is that if U
store it for too long , it will be attacked ,........ but the more U use it,
it doesn't get fungus at ........
