AS everyone suggested to use silver oxide, I have went back to LR44
(alkaline). The silver oxide is very expensive ($2 each) and becoming
harder to find here, even you can find them, they seems stored for a
lone time. The LR44 is only $0.7 per pair, I always keep some spares
inside my camera bag. Even with LR44 it can last at least three months
with my OM4, for the 4Ti half year is not a problem. 

Just back from a Japan trip, the SR44 is widely available there but it
cost almost $5 each!
