I have been following the BidPay communiques...
Did anyone, besides me, find that the BidPay/WU 'stalls' their payments?
(As in the 10 days that NYNY allows on financial transactions, last/first
eBay ~$200 payment, BidPay, took 10 days to get to seller and NYNY bank once
'sat on' my $20K wire transfer for 10 days in 1983) (Float income, you
know)
