Tim, I also have used Tilt-Alls over the years, still own and
use one regularly. I think they're excellent tripods, but the quality
had really slid in tha past decade or so. The last samples I saw
about two years ago were rough compared to older ones. I was hoping
those problems had been addressed before they were picked up by another
importer.
