Consider this lens an exception to that rule, just like repaied lenses
can be exceptions. To the best of my knowledge (after lots of
literature research), the ONLY reference to this being multi-coated is
the Olympus OM System Lens Handbook. It is, from all the information we
have gleaned, simply WRONG.

I have in hand a 75-150mm f/4 just received from a list member. (Yes,
my requests travel fast). It has a black snout and is lettered simply
Zuiko. I see no evidence of green reflection in the "standard" light I
have examined many Zuikos under. It is primarily yellow, like the 55mm
f/1.2, with probably two of the many elements which reflect purple. To
the best of my recollection, they all have looked that way to me,
although I've examined most away from home. Gary Schloss agrees with me
that he has never seen one that reflects green. And our multicoating
survey failed to turn one up. I'd safely conclude that they don't
exist. If someone does have one, it's a rare bird, indeed.

There does remain one unanswered question for coating freaks. Is there
an example of a "single-coated" 600mm f/6.5 anywhere? Farrar footnotes
this as "always" multicoated.
