OEM, RGB, VGA are standard computer terms. OEM=Original Equipment
Manufacturer RGB=Red Green Blue, an old standard in computer monitors.
VGA=The new standard for monitors, a variation is Super VGA.

To which I add: VGA = Video Graphics Array. 640x480 at 16 colors.
Introduced by IBM along with PC-DOS 3.2, OS/2 1.0 and the PS/2 series of
computers in April 1987. VGA replaced what would have been a thick
bundle of digital, RGB cables with a thinner analog cable by first
feeding the signal through a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) on the
way to the monitor. Still supported as the basic video mode of any
Intel based PC since the BIOS-ROM (Basic Input/Output System in Read
Only Memory) knows how to do this level of video without any additional
support from the operating system or software device drivers. If you
boot your Windows machine in "safe mode" or from a DOS diskette you will
have at least this level of video support.
