The 1976 Modern Photo. review confirms this. The OM2 (earlier version) was 
centerweighted at 1/60 or faster but at slower speed, the OTF measurement  
became a larger and larger factor in the exposure. At 1/30, the exposure was 
30enterweight; at 1/15 is was 20%.
