For OM: As Denton already mentioned, the concentric -with-the-mount
shutter speed dial. The emphasis on real-time OTF metering (a
Maitani focal point). The placement of the f/stop ring ahead
of the focusing ring is uncommon in SLRs, too. The pitifully
low flash synch. Many antiquated features and lenses not
altered for decades. We all know the pluses of the system.

Leica M6: Bizarre loading procedure (which works much better than it
looks). The 1/50th synch speed. No self timer. The RF
focusing is faster and more precise than any (unmagnified)
SLR. The image is far, far brighter. It is an aerial image,
as opposed to the projected image of an SLR. There's zero
mirror or stop-down vibes induced when the shutter is released.
The lag time is extremely short, far shorter than SLR's,
specially AFs, save for the Canon RS (in stop-down mode).
One can see the entire frame AND a bit around it. You
can also see as the shutter is released without any black-out.
