With some replete measurements at different angles, I found the
demonstration sheet reflect 0.2 stop more than a grey card. The grey card
are purchased for a few years but most of time it was stored in an
envelope.

I carried out a test with a T32 on camera, OM4, Zuiko 100/2, demonstration
sheet and grey card. At around 4 feet at F5.6, my flash meter read the
exact value (5.6). At f8 and 11, it is 0.2 to 0.3 stop under, at F4 and
F2.8 it is 0.2 to 0.3 stop over. That means the flash control is not that
exact as wanted.
