Sorry, I´ve no concrete informations about that, because I have seen
this belows only on pictures.

The Zoerk macro tubes are an modular system, baseing on an extension
tube of variable length, which works with enlarging and macro lenses (an
500mm lens is available too). This can be combined with an ball joint,
to alow tilt movements in every direction and again, this can be
combined with an shift adapter similar the one you mentioned.
Ah yes, before I forget it, AFAIK no (semi) automatic aperture release.
