Is the bellows T mount? If so the adapter would be a T flange (bayonet
female and T) and a T mount (T and bayonet male). A Nikon kit and
a OM kit could be combined to turn the Nikon bellows into an OM bellows.
The combinations would be:
1. Nikon lens -- Nikon bellows -- Nikon T flange -- OM T mount -- OM body.
2. OM lens -- OM T flange -- Nikon T mount -- Nikon bellows --
Nikon T flange -- OM T mount -- OM body.

The Nikon bellows has swing only.
