I have an eye cup which I use all the time. It does not take corrective
lenses, however I can use it with my glasses on with fair comfort and ease.
It is an off brand I think (it is stamped with an M on it. I cant remember
where I got it but it is soft rubber and very high. I can mash it against
my glasses and see the frame quite well.
To me the hard rubber ones with the lens in then is difficult to use. There
is not enough periferal vision, if that is the correct term, to see the
frame properly.

It is my considered opinion that an eye cup can be as important as a lens
shade.
This is espesially true if you use a manual exposure reading, where the
meter reading can be effected by light coming in through the view finder.

On another note; I have found that the Varimagi finder fits nicely on my
Mamiya 645
prism view finder. I am sure this will give me even more value for the $50
I paid for it in EX.cond.
