So let me see if I have this straight:
1. The Bounce Grip 2 comes with a built-in PC cord to connect to the
camera, and it has a "plain" hot-shoe for the flash. This PC cord/hot-shoe
combination will work with any camera (from OM-1 onward, and I'd
assume any non-Olympus camera as well, as long as it has a PC socket),
and any flash with a hot-shoe connection. But the flash can only be used
in manual or "local auto" mode.

2. In order to use the TTL capability of the T32 flash off camera:
For OM-2: I'll need a TTL Connector 3 which screws into the hot-shoe
socket in place of the hot-shoe 3. I assume the Connector 3
comes with a cord that plugs directly into the flash.
For OM-2n: I'll need a TTL Connector 4 which screws into the hot-shoe
socket in place of the hot-shoe 4. I assume the Connector 4
comes with a cord that plugs directly into the flash.
For OM-2s, OM-3*, OM-4*: I'll need a TTL cord that connects the camera
            directly to the flash.
I'd assume that with any of these, i don't need a Bounce Grip 2, as the
connection is direct from the camera to the flash and the hot-shoe (on
   the flash) is not used.

3. The TTL Connector 4 can also be used with the OM-1n, but it does not
provide any additional capability over the PC connector except that
the LED in the viewfinder lights up (i.e., the flash can only be used
in manual or "local auto" mode).

Do I have all the correct assumptions, especially the ones under #2 above.
I'd appreciate any additional clarifications anyone can provide. Thanks.
        -Dan
